I have been a Realtor / Broker here on the Outer Banks, a specialized Vacation Resort Real Estate Market, since 1985. A significant part of my business is in assisting Banks with REO Asset Properties, and Assisting individual Property Owners.

I have assisted several REO Banks including 406RE, BB&T, and Gateway Bank/Bank of Hampton Roads. I have also assisted numerous Buyers who have purchased REO Bank Owned Foreclosures – including FNMA, GMAC, BB&T, Wells Fargo, Nationstar and Bank of America asset properties. I understand the mechanics of the REO Transaction, and the expectations on either side of the transaction. I am experienced in contract negotiations and in understanding REO Addendums, and processing through Equator.

Monthly Status Reports (when required)

Bi-weekly inspections (when required)

Coordinate Repairs (as needed/required)

Place Utilities in my name and process all receipts in a timely fashion
