John just finished helping us with a home purchase in Duck. Throughout the entire process he was excellent to work with. He is extremely knowledgeable about the local real estate market and all of its intricacies. We have purchased several homes over the years, but never anything in North Carolina. John was instrumental in guiding us through the entire process and helped facilitate a very quick closing. We will certainly use him again for any future real estate transactions and have already recommended him to a few of our friends. If you are looking to buy or sell property in the OBX area, we strongly recommend you give John a call.
