We were purchasing our home from out of state and turned out to be a bit more challenging than expected. John and his team were fantastic every step of the way. John kept all communication flowing between the various parties involved. His local connections helped us find local contractors to help in the process. John went above and beyond. Due to some unusual circumstances there was even a last minute second viewing of the home on a holiday weekend. John made it happen with professional grace. As friends mention their dream of moving out to OBX someday, we are responding with, “We know a guy who can make that happen”. Thanks John, Debbie and Lisa!
