First let me say John is a straight shooter, which is hard to find. John told us straight forward what we needed to do to help sell our house without sugar coating, which I appreciate. He was very thruogh explaining the whole selling process. He answered all of questions on the spot, and never shyed away when we called or text him when questions arose. We were very very well informed of every aspect in selling our house, especially scheduled showings of our house, and everytime someone entered our house. He assured me that the house would be secured and it was as I did perform some spot checks and found all the locks secured. John also assisted by supplying us a list of lawyers for closing, which was very helpful. It saved us time by not having to track down someone to perform our closing. He also introduced us to indoc-sign, which we were able to sign remotely, saving us time and travel. It was a real pleasure dealing with John and his office team. The whole process was seamless with no problems to report. If I repurchase in the OBX John will be the only agent I will use.
