I have bought/rented/sold six single family properties in 3 different states, and so have dealt with several realtors. John is head and shoulders the best. Responsive, knowledgeable, a good communicator on the phone, via email, text, in person. Gives you the necessary information and a recommendation to make informed decisions every step of the way, without being pushy or over-promising. It is so obvious why he has been successful in the OBX real estate market for so long. In this instance, John was representing my wife and I as sellers of a year-round single-family rental home. He was also our buyers agent when we bought the home in 2007 and lived in it for a year before converting it to rental, and we received the same level of excellent service then (along with real-estate related information from time to time over the years).
