We are so excited to have a beach home. John is a true professional and extremely knowledgeable in real estate and the Outer Banks area. I truly appreciate the time that he spent with me on explaining how investment property business works and in sharing his knowledge about the OBX market. Once we identified a property, based on our investment parameters, the purchase process was exactly how John described it. We were also able to capture our property of choice even though multiple offers were received by the seller. We will definitely utilize John for our next property too.
