John helped our family relocate for a new job, and we could not have asked for a better realtor. He helped us navigate the market at a tricky time (the beginning of the Covid pandemic), and guided us through every step of the process. We appreciated the care with which he handled the social distancing restrictions at the time, and the amount of work he did to accommodate our tight schedule while viewing homes. We never felt rushed, or as though he minded the endless questions and comparisons. It was clear that his only goal was our satisfaction in our new home. His contacts with local businesses was a vital part of our due diligence work, and allowed us to get a lot of information in a short period of time, all of which helped during our negotiations. John was professional, organized, and always available to answer questions by email, text, or phone call (which was great, as both my wife and I are of the texting generation). I hope we own in this home a long time, but ifwe ever need a realtor for any reason, John will be our first call (or text, probably)!
